Make a £10 Donation... or more.

In 2007 and 2008 many of our supporters took the day off work on 23 April, but many noted the lack of St. George's Day celebrations.

So in 2009 we intend to organise our own celebrations. Right across England. This will require a lot of time, effort and... money.

We need your help. Every penny counts. If you can donate anything above £10 it will help us to organise St. George's Day events (and help make it an official holiday that much quicker).

Our Charter states we cannot take money from political/religious groups or organisations as it would damage our independence. We rely on people like you.

We know we are asking a lot and really appreciate every £1 you give. Thank you.

St. George Unofficial Bank Holiday is an independent group who want a national bank holiday for England. We have no links to any political or religious organisation. We would like all the English, regardless of colour, religion or sexuality, to be able to celebrate their common heritage and future together.
