What's your Council doing?

We have written to every Council in England (over 380 of them!) and asked two questions; do they have any St. George's Day celebrations planned, and will they be flying the St. George flag on 23 April 2007?

Note: Some events may appear to have been organised by the Council, but are actually organised (and paid for) by other groups such as the Scouts, the Royal Society of St. George or local traders/charities.

St. George Unofficial Bank Holiday is an independent group who want a national bank holiday for England. We have no links to any political or religious organisation. We would like all the English, regardless of colour, religion or sexuality, to be able to celebrate their common heritage and future together.
