In 2009 over 80% of Councils in England failed to organise any St. George celebration, and 25% of them failed to raise the St. George flag on the day.

So what did they do in 2010?

1) How many Councillors have sent us messages of support?
2) Do the Council support St. George public events organised by local groups?
3) Do the Council contribute money to St. George public events?
4) The popularity of the event and how long the Council have supported it.

Manchester City Council, 400 points.
Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council, 340 points.
